Exchanges
You will have a full 30 days to exchange your item with BadAss Biker Wear. Items will be exchanged if they are unused and still in new condition. If the item appears to be worn/soiled and/or damaged it renders that item not resalable and the item will be sent back
to you and it will not be exchanged. Return shipping is at your expense and is not refundable. Exchanges and Refunds
Any claims on merchandise damaged or errors must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We off 30 day hassle free returns and/or exchanges. Please allow 7-10 business days for exchanges and refunds. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, however we will pick up the tab for shipping your gear back out to you. You will have a full 30 days to receive a refund on your item with BadAss Biker Wear. You will receive a refund for your item if they are unused and still in new condition. If the item appears to be worn/soiled and/or damaged it renders that item not resalable and the item will be sent back to you and you will not be refunded. Your refund will be the purchase price of the merchandise minus the shipping charges. We do not refund original shipping cost paid to have your order shipped to you as this is a service that is paid to FedEx, UPS or USPS to have your order delivered.
