GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Participants must:
- Be 18 years old or over
- Be a size 14 or over
- Be able to demonstrate a talent in 3 minutes or less
- Model a sleep wear, business attire, formal wear, and an introductory ensemble
- Attend ALL photo assignments
- Contestants must complete at least 30 hours of community service between time of registration and time of competition. Assignm
ents will be given to prove that you completed the requirements.
- Carry yourself in a respectful and graceful manner. The Next Plus Top Model Registrants will be required to participate, represent, and promote the competition during her reigning year at 8 various events and promotional activities. In the event the Philadelphia's Next Plus Top Model is unable to fulfill her duties, the runners up will assume her responsibilities. The Board of CNTM's Next Plus Top Model reserves the right to withdraw the title from the reigning Next Plus Top Model during her reigning year if her behavior and/or conduct warrant such action. All photos, media and promotional items belong to the CNTM's Next Plus Top Model Association for perpetuity and may be used for any legal purpose. COMPETITION PARTICIPATION SPECIFICATIONS
- PROMPTNESS IS A MUST
- Be at least a size 14
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Model all attire specified above (evening gown)
- Demonstrate a talent
- Willing to promote PLUS Size Beauty
- Assure that Registration Fees are paid on time by dates provided. Contestants are Judged on the following areas:
--> INTERVIEW 20%
A 5-7 minute individual interview with our panel of judges - Questions will be based on your personal profile, current events, etc.
--> PHOTO SHOOT 15%
Each contestant will be judged on 3 photo assignments given. Date for assignments will be provided at time of Registration. Themes for the assignments will be
1- Head Shot
2- Love The Skin That You Are In
3- Self Expression OR Ad Promotion (Choose something to promote and attempt to sell it)
--> FASHION/TREND WEAR 15%
The latest Plus Size Fashion or Fashion Trend of Your Choice
--> DRESSY COCKTAIL PANT WEAR 15%
Must be a dressy pants outfit of your choice, you would wear to a elegant party or event
--> EVENING GOWN 15%
Must be a floor length gown of your choice
--> BUSINESS SAVY 5%
business wear is required for this segment.
--> TALENT 5% Each contestant must perform a talent for our panel of judges. Singing, Magic Tricks, Quilting, Art Work, Craft Projects, Cooking, Juggling, Poetry, etc … will be considered talent. You must provide your music (on CD). You can use props. The music should be cued/ready to go and labeled with your name. This competition is judged on originality of your routine and stage presence. Routines should be no longer than 2 minutes.

Now is the time to bring it!!! This is when you stuff on the runway in a model skit against the other models. Sash, crown and delegate prize package will not be provided until applicant has paid in full. We ask that you please think seriously about the commitment you can make to participating in the pageant, as should a applicant or contestant decide to withdraw from the competition at any time, all Fees (including ad fees, competition, banquet and talent/fashion and hair show admission, etc.) that are paid to CNTM are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE (in part or in full) that a delegate or sponsor has paid. NO EXCEPTIONS.
