Nuestros hijos aprenden mucho más de lo que ven que de lo que les decimos.

Ven cómo reaccionamos al estrés.
Cómo tratamos a nuestra pareja.
Cómo cuidamos (o descuidamos) nuestra salud.
Cómo hablamos de nosotros mismos.
Cómo perseguimos nuestros sueños.

Y algún día, esa será su referencia de lo que significa vivir.

No busco ser una mamá perfecta.

Solo quiero construir una vida que mis hijas vean y piensen:

“Si algún día tengo una vida como la de mi mamá, me sentiré orgullosa.” 🤍

Porque al final, el legado más grande que dejamos no son las cosas que compramos…

Es el ejemplo que vivimos.
