🎉 Acano Auctions – Shopping Rules & Information 🎉
Welcome to Acano Auctions! Please review the following rules before shopping. By participating in our live sales, you agree to these terms.
📦 1. Bin Deposit Required
A $10 deposit is required to receive a shopping bin.
Your deposit will be credited back to your invoice.
Your claimed items must total at least $10 before shipping to receive an invoice.
If you do not reach the $10 minimum during the first week, you will have one additional week to add items.
Any items remaining below the minimum after two weeks will be canceled and returned to inventory.
📬 2. Contact Information Required
After paying your deposit, you must send us a Facebook message with:
-Your email address
-Your mailing address
If your address or email changes at any time, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately via Facebook Messenger.
🏷️ 3. Bin Numbers
Once your deposit has been paid and your contact information has been received:
You will be assigned a bin number. All claims made during live sales and sales posts must include your bin number.
Claims made without a bin number may be skipped.
💳 4. Invoices & Payments
Invoices are sent Monday evening.
Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice.
If you have not received your invoice by Tuesday morning, you should contact us immediately.
⚠️ 5. Canceled Orders & Deposits
There are no payment extensions.
If your order is canceled due to non-payment:
-Your $10 deposit is forfeited.
-A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
-A new deposit will be required before you may shop again.
-Restocking fees are non-refundable.
💰 6. Afterpay Option
Afterpay is available upon request.
A 6% service fee will be added to all Afterpay invoices.
🚚 7. Shipping Information
-We will ship your order using the most economical method available.
-We may use box-in-bag packaging when appropriate to reduce shipping costs.
-Late payments may result in your shipment being delayed until the following shipping cycle.
*Acano's Finds Customers:*
-If you currently have an open bin with Acano's Finds, your Acano Auctions order will automatically be transferred on Wednesday morning to ship with your Acano's Finds order whenever possible. This helps save on duplicate shipping charges. If you do not want your orders combined, you must notify us before you pay your invoice so we may add the shipping cost.
🚫 8. No Cancellations – No Exceptions
All claims are final. No cancellations, removals, substitutions, or changes will be permitted. Please claim responsibly.
