Pink gets attention. Awareness saves lives. 🎀

This sweatshirt is one of my favorites for October, and the message behind it means a little more to me personally.

I lost my mom to breast cancer, so this is a cause that will always be close to my heart.

Knowing your family history and understanding your risk can make a difference when it comes to your health.

October is a good reminder to check in with yourself, stay aware of changes, and have those conversations with your doctor. A little awareness can go a long way.

Happy October from Stitching by Sally! 🎃 👻

I wanted to pop on with a little update and share what’s happening at Made and Found this month.
I’m just over a week out from surgery and feeling really good! I’m still under some restrictions, so it will be a few more weeks before I’m back in the sewing room and taking orders. I’m so grateful for everyone’s patience and support while I take this time to recover.
In the meantime, there are lots of fun things happening at Made and Found this month:
October 16 | Downtown Aberdeen Candy Crawl | 4–6 PM
Bring the kids and enjoy an evening of trick-or-treating downtown!
October 27–November 1 | Made in the Fall Festival Week
A whole week of fall fun, shopping, and supporting local makers!
October 31 | 2nd Annual Bewitching Bazaar | 12–4 PM
Come dressed up for trick-or-treating, enter to win some fun prizes, and enjoy a spooky afternoon at Made and Found!
I also still have a few items in my booth to get you in the Halloween spirit, so be sure to stop by and take a peek!
I can’t wait to get back in my sewing room and creating for you all. Until then, thank you for cheering me on and giving me the time I need to heal! 🧡
