For a while now, I’ve been thinking about getting trained in color analysis.
After getting analyzed myself about 5 years ago, I researched programs, listened to podcasts, followed color analysts on social media, and thought, “wow, I’d really love to do this”
Earlier this year, I finally pulled the trigger and attended the International Image Institute’s Mastery Training in the Bahamas (I know, right?!)
What drew me to color analysis wasn’t just fashion. It was the connection between color, confidence, psychology, and personal expression. I’ve always loved styling people and helping them find great vintage pieces, but I found myself becoming increasingly interested in educating people to understand why certain colors and styles feel so right, and really learning more about this myself!
Then, less than a month after completing my training, my mom passed away.
Needless to say, launching anything new wasn’t at the top of my priority list.
Over the past several months, I’ve been taking the time I needed to grieve, reflect, and slowly find my footing again. And through all of that, this dream never really left me.
So, with equal parts excitement and nervousness, I’m officially soft launching Color Analysis & Personal Style Consultations through Bradley Blue Vintage. ✨
This next chapter feels meaningful for a lot of reasons. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time and am ready to step into- and, my mom was pretty excited about it, too. I wish I would have been able to do her colors like we had planned, although if I had to guess, she was a true summer💕
Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me along the way, volunteered to be draped, wandered around thrift stores and antique markets with me while I talked about undertones and color palettes, and supported Bradley Blue in all its forms.
I’m excited to see where this journey leads. 💙
