Today I’m incredibly grateful for the quilters who have come before me.
I’m not going to lie-sometimes I can get lost in the weeds on a longarming problem and need an expert who can talk me through it (and also talk me down off the ledge.)
Thanks for being my expert today, Diann Oakes Loper !!! And also to Sarah Diefenderfer Huechteman who has been my expert on MANY other days. I love this community and I’m so thankful to have problem solvers surrounding me who encourage me to be a better quilter.

I am so in love with how this quilt finished. acpars and I made this beauty for a sweet bride. I adore everything about it-the colors, the pattern, and even the quilting.

Finished my stars for my Stargrove baby quilt!

Hi, I’m Jenn…and this quilt is my absolutely favorite pattern!! It is so versatile, and it looks amazing with prints and some solids thrown in. I have officially made three Stargrove quilts and one table runner…and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon!

Persimmon is the newest release from the amazing creators of Ruby Star Society. I ADORE how these feel! They are smooth and silky and OH SO WONDERFUL on the back of quilts. I have visions of a fighting Texas Aggie tshirt quilt with the cranberry persimmon on the back. 💕

Hi there! I’m Jenn, the face behind the longarm. This is my visiting friend Rosie- isn’t she the cutest little nugget ever??

A little bit about me: I have a full time job that I thoroughly enjoy (I’ve been at my current job 18 years, yall!!) and I started Told You Sew to feed my creative side.

Take a look at this king size Harley Davidson quilt for Renee! Renee and her husband spent years collecting these shirts for this quilt-picking them up one by one as they travelled on their bikes.

One of the many things I love about tshirt quilts is the story behind them. I hope this quilt gives her trips down memory lane for years. I had so much fun putting it together for her. 💕

Interested in making tshirt quilts of your own? I cannot recommend tshirt tiles pattern enough!! It was so helpful when I was trying to level up my tshirt quilt game.
