After a lot of thinking, we have decided to start taking a partial payment or full payment of your item before starting on an the item you have ordered. We have recently seen a lot of people asking for an item, we ask when it is needed, it’s made and then no response or I have been waiting for responses to go ahead and make it and then them responding way too late at night and needing it next day not giving me enough time to get it done. A lot of stuff is personalized and hard to resell with names and personalized things on it. We politely ask for communication and patience when ordering with us.
