These guys suck!
On 6/9/17 at 12:09PM a comforter was placed into your care for cleaning to be ready for pick-up on 6/10/17 by 5:00PM. At that time your facility charged my credit card in the amount of $12.86 for cleaning this item. On Monday 6/12/17 we stopped to pick up the comforter and were told that the machine was broken and that it would be ready by Wednesday 6/14/17. We came by again to pick up the comforter on Friday 6/17/17 to be told that it was mistakenly given to somebody else. I called your facility on Friday evening and was told that you would have 10 days to try to recover this item. That would mean that I have been without a cover on my bed for almost a month at NO FAULT of my own! I then told your employee that I would like this issues resolved immediately and was told that the manager would not be able to speak with you until Saturday and that you had “other” stores to attend to. It is my belief that my unfortunate experience with your facility would deem immediate attention and I am extremely unhappy with the way this issue has been addressed! I also believe that I have rights here and as you might notice, I am employed with a law firm but would hope that we might resolve this prior to my taking legal action as well as reporting your business to the BBB.
Attached, you will find a link to the comforter replacement. I choose not to take the one that you incompetently gave to someone else as they probably used it and bed bugs could now be an issue. I am asking for a check in the amount of replacement cost (see attached link) as well as a refund of the $12.86 cleaning fee. This has been an upsetting experience and I will personally not be back to your place of business.
