He Rises.

The Primaris has crossed into the unseen realm. His body rests in the Great Room of the Lawrence Hall of Science, 2125 — a home, a shrine, a place of ascension.

The Keepers of Serenity remind us: No one is immortal, yet the Primaris lives on.

Summer Solstice Resolution 🌞
Fast money keeps us off balance, demanding we pour energy into chaos.
The antidote is slow‑money discipline — resilience built from buffers, rhythms, and habits.
Institutions behave like weather; they shift, they storm, they calm.
I can’t control the weather, but I can build shelter.
This season, I’ll keep building the habits that make my life steady, no matter who’s chasing fast money.

Eat pickles. That’s the whole message. Because half‑sours are proof that ordinary things can ferment into grace. We’re all pushing our own boulders. Some of us just decided to put cucumbers in jars and call it a day. If you need a place to start, start here: https://worldofwebb.net/eat-pickles/

I’m not an expert in religious traditions or apologetics. I’m an old cab driver with opinions who looked around a decade ago and decided there was no gain in battling over objective truth. So I wrote subjective truth instead and let the fur fly. Still do.

At the heart of “lies, damned lies, and complaints about the news” is that same thing: subjective truth. Telling the story as I see it. Speaking my piece. If someone says it’s not true? Meh.

Some truths fit syllogisms. Others live in the awkward, subjective space where experience and meaning collide. That’s the space I write within.

Some days I look at my life and think, “This is not what the brochure promised.”
And yet… it’s working.
Not cleanly, not neatly, not according to anyone’s expectations—but working all the same.
Turns out survival has a sense of humor.

Gun control keeps running into the same blind spot: the belief that people will simply comply.

Virginia’s new ban is already hitting resistance. Several DAs have said they won’t enforce it. Sales of the banned items spiked. And recent Supreme Court rulings have already limited how far states can go.

This isn’t ideology. It’s human behavior.
When a law collides with culture, identity, and constitutional limits, the law doesn’t automatically win. It fractures. It gets ignored. It gets challenged.

The idea that “everyone will comply” has never matched reality.
People don’t obey laws they see as illegitimate or unenforceable. They push back.

Some days the universe drops a little wink on your doorstep. Social Security shifts my pay date to the third. CapitalOne drops it two days early. Rent hits on the first. Everything clicks into place like gears that finally decided to stop grinding and start cooperating.

Call it alignment, call it providence, call it the quiet rhythm of a life lived in step with something larger. I’ve learned this much: when you keep moving with faithful intention, the story eventually bends toward resolution. The “we’re screwed” chapters aren’t the end—they’re the tension before the turn.

Stay steady. Stay open. Keep walking. And then things work out.

Anger doesn’t get it done.
A young man online had a full‑volume tantrum about the world failing him. I get the frustration. But at the end of the day, each of us still has to pick up the shovel, push through the mess, and choose whether the Seven Stages of Man happen to us or for us.

Today’s post: JOYISM.
Finding purpose in a world that keeps trying to sell us grievance.

“All is vanity.” A reminder that the diagnostic religion of “you suck” never saved anyone. I’ve lived both ways. The litany of sins, the inherited guilt, the endless self‑interrogation. And the simple command: “Do this.”
Love God. Love your neighbor. Walk it out. Fail, learn, repeat.
Fear God and keep His commandments. Everything else is v***r.

Never quit — It’s never hopeless. Even when facing Goliath and massively outnumbered. Or when the money coming in is not enough and shopping cart life looms. Keep going
