THG | The Hidden Gem Decorator’s Show House is becoming — and looking for the right fit. ✨

Since opening in 2025, THG has grown into an immersive, editorial treasure experience rooted in styling, inspiration, and the feeling of home. It’s become a happy place, a good-time stop, and a space people genuinely enjoy spending time in — and along the way, I’ve learned a lot about what kind of location best supports the future of the brand.

I currently have a great space and have truly appreciated the experience there. My gems have loved it too, and whatever comes next, I want to build on that experience!

So I’m beginning to explore off-market opportunities and overlooked hidden gems in Roanoke that may be an even stronger fit for THG moving forward.

Ideally, I’m looking for around 800–1,500 sq ft with strong visibility, easy access, parking, accessibility for furniture deliveries and pickup, and the kind of presence that helps people naturally discover the shop.

I’m especially interested in storefronts, studios, open commercial spaces, or unique properties with good bones and potential.

I’m open to creative conversations and collaborative opportunities. If a space comes to mind, let’s connect. 🤎

THG Styling Note: Great styling is less about adding more and more about creating relationship between pieces.

Notice how this moment works:
• varying heights create movement
• black accents repeat for cohesion
• warm wood and florals soften the contrast
• layered objects create depth
• negative space keeps it elevated instead of cluttered

And a secret? Every piece doesn’t need to match. It just needs to belong in the same story.

There’s never a dull moment when I’m sourcing furniture and decor.

POV: I went to pick up furniture and I got completely distracted trying to convince this parrot to say hello to my daughter. 😂🦜

Me bargaining with a bird while the furniture is in the back waiting to be loaded is exactly why errands take me 4 hours. 😁
