Getting ready to seal and ship out this pyrography portrait of Brownie commissioned by one of her caregivers.

Brownie was a very special and loved person by her caregivers. She was the peaceful introvert of her flock and marched to the beat of her own drum. Like us humans, every chicken has a different personality and Brownie is a great example of that. She recently passed away and this portrait was commissioned as a memorial and a surprise to one of the people who loved her most.

It’s an honor to help others memorialize their loved ones. It is the greatest honor to memorialize people like Brownie, who most of the world (to their loss) would never see as an individual. 💜

Species is not a barrier to love, care, and respect. Speciesism is. Unlearn it!
