Our bags are handmade in the Finger Lakes, NY, but they began their life as a single thread in our f Hand made in the Finger Lakes, NY.

Large Tote Bags made from fabric woven at our family business in Japan. Stylish, Durable, ultra-light, water resistant large tote bags with a Japanese vibe. These bags are your go-to-bag. you never fail to show up and surprise me. I’m a school teacher and this festival is always the weekend after the first week of school. It takes a lot to muster up the energy to get through this weekend. BUT the organization is incredible, the foot traffic constant, the repeat customers incredibly supportive, and new faces so friendly. I’m super thankful for my neighboring vendors and the compliments I received from total strangers. Thank you for another successful Clothesline Festival❤️

We couldn’t ask for better weather - love the warm sunshine☀️ I’m so impressed with RIT, the amazing resources and the co-op program. Go Tigers🐅
And this ShimaShima bag I’ve used as an every day bag for over three years. The colors stay bright and CLEAN! Stain resistant, water resistant and lightweight ⭐️

First stop UB - my alma mater! AND my firstborn is set to graduate in May💙
Loved reminiscing my old hangout spots and admiring all the new buildings. Awesome vibe on a sunny February winter’s day☀️
Glad I brought my ShimaShima Bag to hold all our stuff - hat, gloves, scarf, books, wallet and the water bottle pocket was perfect for the free water they passed out at the information session!

The day trip was too short - missed connecting with more people. Next time💕
