Today’s meal was simple, satisfying, and surprisingly packed with fiber.

🥚 2 eggs
🥔 Red potato with onion and garlic
🌮 2 carb-smart tortillas
🥑 ½ avocado

About 485 calories, 20–22g of protein, and 31g of fiber.

For the longest time, I thought eating for PCOS meant giving up foods I enjoy. I’m learning it’s less about perfection and more about building meals that keep me full, support my hormones, and actually taste good.

Small changes add up. Today, fiber won. 💜
