Here’s how outsourcing will work while we’re away:

Please continue placing orders as normal through the website. Our print partner will have access to our Shopify admin and will process DTF orders directly from our system.

Once printing is completed each day, all local pickup orders will be gathered and placed in the pickup box on my porch, most likely during the evening hours. You will receive the “Ready for Pickup” email notification once your order has been placed in the box.

Shipping orders will continue to go out as usual; however, please expect a slightly longer processing time since she will be handling both her orders and ours during this time.

Please note:

* Only DTF orders will be outsourced.
* Gang sheets and individual transfers cannot be edited by our print partner, so please double-check all files and sizing before submitting your order.

Communication from me will be limited while we’re away since we’ll be on a ship in the middle of the ocean lol. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we take a little vacation time!

Just a friendly reminder — we will be CLOSED from 5/29 through 6/8! 🌴☀️

✨ All regular DTF orders placed during that time will be outsourced.
✨ All other order types besides regular DTF will not be completed until I return.
✨ Turnaround times on outsourced DTF orders will be extended by 1 business day while I’m gone since she will be processing both her own orders and mine.
✨ Drop off location will remain the same!

If you need orders before vacation, I strongly encourage you to order THIS WEEK or wait until I return! 👏
