These socks were previously Scrappy 4 You pattern that I revamped and updated the layout and design. Nothing changed structurally. They are the same socks.

Miniskein Shuffle Socks are a fun, scrappy pair of mismatched socks made with four mini skeins.

Each sock is a little different, and the whole look comes from simply shuffling the colors around as you knit. You can use a coordinated mini set, pull together leftovers from your stash, or choose four colors you’ve just been wanting to see together.

There really isn’t one right color combination. Make them bright, soft, wild, matchy-ish, or completely different.

And once you knit one pair, you’ll probably start looking at your mini skeins and planning the next one. The combinations are pretty much endless.

SOCKTOBER RULES ARE HERE 🧦🍂

Okay friends, here’s how the first ever Grace Mae’s Designs Socktober is going to work!

🧦 Socktober runs October 1–31.

🧶 Basically, we’re knitting socks all month long and hanging out together while we do it.

🤎 You can totally join in with whatever socks you’re working on, but if you want to be entered for prizes, your socks need to be knit from a Grace Mae’s Designs sock pattern.

✨ Already have a pair started? That’s totally fine. WIPs are welcome as long as you’re actually working on them during October.

📸 Share your progress, yarn choices, WIPs, finished socks… whatever you want! You can post on Instagram and/or in the Grace Mae’s Designs Facebook group.

🏷️ Just make sure you use and tag Grace Mae so I can actually find your posts 😂

🎉 Every finished pair using one of my sock patterns will count as an entry for prizes.

Scrappy Sunday 🧶🌧️

It’s raining outside and I’ve basically decided this is what I’m doing today. 😂 Curled up with my giant scrappy blanket and working my way through my Row One minis.

And honestly, I’m just really thankful for days like this. Nothing exciting is happening. I’m literally just sitting here crocheting while it rains lol. But I think that’s kind of the point. I don’t want to be so busy waiting for the big things that I miss how good God is to me in really normal little moments like this. 🤍

Okayyy who is ready for Socktober?! 🧦🍂

I’ve been wanting to do this for a while, so I’m making it official — Grace Mae’s Designs is hosting the first annual Socktober this October!

Basically, we’re knitting socks all month, sharing what we’re working on, hanging out, and yes, there will be prizes because obviously. 😂

I’ll share all the actual details soon, but I wanted to start talking about it now because October will be here before we know it.

Happy Sunday 🤍

Today I’m keeping things pretty simple. Coffee, knitting, my Bible, and a little quiet before another week starts.

If I’m being honest, I feel like my mind has been carrying a lot lately, and sometimes I find myself trying to think through everything all at once. You know, what this week might look like, things I’m waiting on, people I care about, and things I wish I had answers for. But I also know I can’t sort all of that out in one Sunday morning.

So my prayer today is pretty simple, and maybe this is your prayer too.

Jesus, please steady my heart. Clear my head a little and help me stay close to You this week. Help me not get so far ahead of myself that I miss what You’re doing right in front of me. Remind me that I don’t have to have every answer today.

I just want to keep coming back to You in the middle of normal life. In the quiet mornings, the busy days, the waiting, the creating, and all the little in-between moments too.

Amen. 🤍
