Hey loves, a couple quick things to keep in mind.
1. My price is my price, if I give a 5 item or more discount it is still what it is, no I will not discount it more. (I Can promise you I am a lot more affordable than most)
2. I stand behind my product, I also do have washing instructions that I include with my product, Will I know if you tell me that you laundered your item with care? No I will not, but trust me I do a lot of testing on my sample shirts and wash them incorrectly and correctly, SOOOOOO I know and I can tell when proper instructions were followed! If I feel proper instructions are not followed, you will receive a replacement after a replacement has been paid! If I feel it was a defective item, I will replace at no charge, but I know a BS'r when I see one!
3. I have up'd my product to 5 star everything literally... Ink, Powder, press, sheets, spray, you name it, hence why shirts start at $18 and not $15!
4. Shirts start at $18 for XS-XL 2x and bigger up to 6x START at $23!! now if the shirt is comfort colors or Bella canva, teelux, Jersey dry fit, polo, acid wash, tanks, jerseys, Prices do vary.
5. If paid by cash app, Zelle, Apple Pay, pay pal, NO TAX is collected, If I send by invoice and you chose to pay with square or go daddy, there is a CC and Tax fee included, we are an LLC and pay taxes quarterly!!
6. If you are a small business and want a discount on top of a discount.. its NOT gonna happen, especially if I have asked for your services and I am quoted the same $$ as you quoted jack and Jill from up the hill!!
7. When first time ordering, deposit is required before services are done. If you have ordered before and we gain a good business relationship, no deposit is required. If you have ordered before and you do not pay when I communicate that the job is done, an invoice will be sent requesting payment up front, if not paid in 24 hours, relationship, family or friend, that is none of my business any more, full payment up front will be required for any job, big or small.
8. IF YOU want a job ASAP as you decided to wait... $5 per item will be charged. I typically finish a job same day for 1-2 items but like when I have a lot of big orders, its not gonna happen, standard turn around time is 24-48 hours unless you give me a due date, I will have order done 1-2 days before due date.
9. I complete orders in the order that I receive them, again unless there is a due date.
10. I DO NOT deliver! If you want delivery, there will be $5 delivery fee with in 5 miles, $10 fee within 15 miles, anything past that unless I am in your area or my spouse is in the area there will be no fee to meet up or mail is always an option.
11. MAIL USPS has been terrible, so it is not really in my control on when you receive your items. You want UPS or fed ex, in the state of Tx I believe it is about $35-$45 for their service, we can always go that route at your expense.
12. I am very VERY VERY responsive, I answer to messages as quick as I can which usually right away, if it is the weekend, Im with my spouse and my children, I don't like to be glued to my phone, so respect that time. PLEASE do NOT send me a message and if I don't answer please DO NOT send me this ? or ?? I will refund your money and block you, that is one of my biggest pet peeves and I don't care to lose business if I get that nonsense ( I promise im not trying to be rude, just don't).
13. I have 472 pieces of apparel items in stock, Im sure to have most colors and I have up to 5x in stock and as little as new borns, If by any chance I need to order your apparel item in size and color that can take up to 4 business days, most of my suppliers have a 12-24 hour processing time plus shipping time, so please be mindful when ordering a yellow acid wash shirt in 3x, (just an example of something that would take a few days).
14. If you order prints only, I assume you know how to press them, once the prints leave my home, it is not my responsibility to replace a DTF or sublimation print if you don't know how to properly press it or if you use an iron vs a heat press! proper heat and pressure go a far way.
15. If you bring me an apparel item and it is laundered and the design does not stick after I printed and pressed for you, not something I will replace, the apparel item is NOT to be laundered prior to pressing, images will NOT last on laundered apparel.
16. If you have a design you want me to use, I do not mind doing so, when I didn't have a lot of orders I did not mind helping tweek your design, Ive been Blessed recently that I don't have time to tweek everyones design. I will print as sent to me back ground and all, I pay for a program and if I have to use it a $5-$10 per image fee will be added.
