We’re Hiring! Retail Sales Associate

Feather & Stone Emporium – Ruidoso, NM

Do you love crystals, books, herbs, jewelry, intentional living, and creating meaningful customer experiences? Feather & Stone Emporium is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

* Welcome and assist customers with warmth and genuine conversation.
* Operate the Square point-of-sale system.
* Restock merchandise and maintain beautiful displays.
* Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting.
* Help package online orders and gift purchases.
* Answer customer questions about products (we’ll happily train you!).
* Occasionally assist with special events and festivals.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

* Friendly, positive, and reliable.
* Comfortable working independently.
* Detail-oriented and organized.
* A quick learner who enjoys helping people.
* Available weekends and some holidays.
* Able to lift up to 30 pounds and be on their feet for extended periods.

Retail experience is a plus but not required—we value personality, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

There’s something so magical about renaissance festivals…watching an empty space slowly turn into a little world of wonder, connection, laughter, and chaos. It’s exhausting work, long hours, heavy lifting, sore feet, and somehow glitter in places glitter should never be 😂 but it’s also one of the most rewarding experiences. So tired, so sore, but incredibly blessed to be building something this beautiful with amazing people around us. ✨
