After losing Mama Hellcat... I had to turn to God to not allow me to lose all progress I made after losing Christian. God held me... just as he continues to do so right this very minute... to allow me to find comfort in my heart being torn out of my chest. I was completely and utterly devastated. I still am. What makes it different from the loss of 2020... I turned to God, and not from him, with my anger, confusion, and hurt.

From this came my first shirt of 2023! God is Greater Tee!

It means God is Greater than the Ups and Downs.

🌻🌹 🌻🌹 Good Afternoon Friends 🌻🌹 🌻🌹

This morning I was sippin my coffee and thinking about how many people ignore their mental health because it is embarrassing to admit the struggle. They have this “fear of rejection” mentality. I wanted to share with you that admitting you are struggling, not succumbing to the false narrative that you are “weird or weak,” and advocating getting help are my jam!! I am always happy to extend a hand with tips and tricks from my own tool bag!

Lord knows that I have my ups and downs… I publicly document it on my personal page for the past few years! Every single one has lead me to this exact point! I am blessed to have created MentaliTee from this struggle!

I am calling a stop to all the hiding! No more ignoring your mental health! Stop fearing being rejected or mocked, stand in your truth. That is how you truly grow from your struggle and get to a place to clear space for others!
