Back in March I adopted the habit of writing five things I’m grateful for before going to sleep. This habit has become religious to me. Gratitude... soul medicine. ✨
The latest addition to my self care routine has been setting daily intentions. I feel like they give my day a thesis to circle back to at all times. Whether it’s meeting something with more space, being compassionate with myself, sitting with the feeelings, inhaling focus & exhaling distraction, or welcoming inspiration.. Morning intentions allow me to dictate the energy I want to bring to the world before the world imposes it’s vibe on me. 🌱
Giving yourself space and care is something I find very important. It can take as little or as much time as you need and there’s no right way to go about it...
What do you do as part of your self care routine?
