Finding the truth that sets you free requires that you dig deep and be completely honest with yourself. It takes a tremendous amount of courage because we're so used to feeding the ego this false image of ourselves.
The best thing I did was ask myself the hard questions... and give honest answers. Freedom comes from accepting myself as I am... and f**k whoever doesn't like it.
You're not crazy for talking to yourself.
