Ah, the simple and delectable baked potato. Dry brine or wet brine? Spatchcock or whole? Deep-fry or roast? Baste or no baste? How about you wrap that mother in some foil and place it in the oven for a period of time then enjoy the company of your loved ones (cats). Who wore it better? Cherry sprinkle pop tart catnip toy, or cherry pomegranate organic frosted toaster pastry? It’s really subjective. Ruby and Leonard like the catnip toy during the goblin time of day, and I like the TJ’s toaster pastry as an afternoon treat. If you’re looking for something more sustainable, the catnip toy lasts forever. Not sure what the shelf life of the edible toaster pastry is. Probably not forever.
