I have met many WW2 soldiers at Classic Concepts shoots. It's sad to think they are all passes. This man was a part of history. IF he is truly the last living personal witness, it marks the end to an era.

Lawrence Brooks, the oldest World War II veteran in the United States and believed to be the oldest man in the nation passed away at the remarkable age of 112.

With his departure, the world loses not only a man, but a living witness to history, a member of the Greatest Generation whose courage, endurance, and quiet dignity carried him across more than a century of change. His life stands as a testament to service, sacrifice, and unwavering strength.🕊️🇺🇸

Memorial day is tomorrow. Classic Concepts has done so many military shoots many of them paying homage to WW2 veterans.

Happy Birthday, Barbados!! This project was so fun to work on. It was the first film that featured Classic Concepts period wardrobe, plus key hair. We were set up in the oldest building on the island for the first week. A monk college. There were young monks there.
The department head, Ms Marietta, was amazing. I learned so much from her.
