Over 10 years clean and sober, over 10 years ago I decided that the way I was living was a version of me that was so far from my true self. Some people will say; “people don’t change, once an addict always an addict, once a convict always a convict, once a loser always a loser.” And I am here to tell you, that’s a lie, that’s a negative mindset person passing along their beliefs. Change happens when you DECIDE that you want to change. So for today, if you’re reading this and your life is not where you want it to be, it’s on you, you get to choose what you do in each moment, in each day. Mindset, it starts there. Then your actions follow, then your character is in build mode. Choose to be better, choose to do better. Head Up, Heart STRONG! So Elephant 🐘 EVERYTHING.
