Cookbooks. Do you still use them? Pinterest is often my on the go Cookbook for dinners or a unexpected dessert I may need.
However, I do have my grandmother's and mother's Cookbooks that I love opening and using tried and true recipes that they would make. I love the stained pages and little notes written by the recipes in some of them. They often bought Cookbooks proclaiming they loved to "read" them ( something I didn't get til I was a grown married woman) those books have become some of my sweetest treasures. I try to carry vintage cookbooks at my shop when I can find them. For now, I decided to bring in some fun ones with some different topics, everything from scratch food, baking, to Christmas cookies. Find them now in my Shades of Yesterday shop inside the Corner Cartel 265S Main St Boerne TX Open Monday-Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 12-5 Tell me, do you still use cookbooks?
