December 7th, 1941. We were so fortunate to grow up around the WWII generation. Their wisdom and guidance is needed more than ever these days. We often find ourselves reflecting on this while out hunting or fishing. When we don’t learn from history, we are destined to repeat it. It’s a shame how there’s almost no mention today in any “major news” channels. "The nation which forgets its defenders will be itself forgotten." Calvin Coolidge, 1920.

George Jones might have been the greatest country singer of all time, but next to Hank Williams, Jerry Lee takes the cake for greatest country musician ever. We’re just gonna leave this picture up. Not much can be said that hasn’t already been said, but country music as we know it will never be the same, and we owe a huge debt to this woman for her role in the “country music world”. A woman of meager upbringing, a Christian, and a follower of traditional values, that told stories about all of us through the eyes of a woman in her music. She’s already missed. 🇺🇸

The world has gone mad, people have forgotten what is truth, and the ever persistence of the duality of man has been pushed toward the bad in a fake world of “pop country”, Hollywood, dereliction of duties, loss of faith, phony science, corrupt political promises, lies, and a lack of both personal and national pride. Hiram like any man was not perfect, but his songs speak words of life. Love, hate, loss, redemption, and death. Rest easy hoss. Call up your parents and grandparents tomorrow and tell ‘em ya love ‘em.🇺🇸

Late night turntable sounds in honor of “The Possum” from n his birthday. 🇺🇸 To all those who placed orders this week, the remaining orders will all be packaged and shipped Wednesday morning.
