In order to lose weight you need to achieve a calorie deficit and this calorie deficit can very easily be undone by 2 “blow-out” days at the week.

So what can you do to avoid this from happening?

➡️ SET MINI GOALS and be prepared for the weekend. These mini goals can be a step goal, water goal, structuring your meals, workout goal, mindful eating goal... whatever it is that you know can make you feel your best 💥
