With all of the flowers popping up and everything turning green, I just couldn't help using this Jade to make another set of rings. It also helps that Jade is one of my wife's favorite stones. I decided to pair it with one of my favorite woods, Bethlehem Olive Wood (BOW).

BOW is a wood that is harvested from Olive Trees growing in Bethlehem Israel. No trees are harmed when harvesting this material. All the wood that is harvested are from un-productive branches or prunings to make the main tree more productive.

I just got around to posting some pictures of a new ring. Jade is now my favorite inlay material to work with.

This ring was a special order made from Teak with Crushed Jade.

As promised. Here is my thinest ring yet... around 2mm thick in a size 14.5. The client was looking for a very thin light ring, and was very pleased with the end results.

The last couple months have been pretty crazy for me. I haven't had much time to post to facebook or my blog. Orders have been flooding in and going right out the door. Up until this last week most orders have been common designs and materials that I have posted before. Stay tuned, I will be posting some new materials and designs that I just finished.

A fellow Artfire Artisan sent me some pieces of Woolly Mammoth Tusk, as a trade for some of my Deer Antler Tips. Now I just need to figure out what I want to do with it.

Of course, I am thinking Ring Inlay... :) Any other ideas?

The tusk is said to be 10k to 30k years old. Since I believe the earth is only about 6,000 years old to begin with. I am guessing that this is Pre-Flood, so around 4,000 years old.

I recently finished this wedding set using a new technique. These rings are made from Spalted Persimmon layered between Walnut. I love the look of Persimmon, it is just a shame that I do not have much more of it.

Finally got around to taking some pictures of my newest Ring. This would make a great gift for Wine Lovers. Walnut with Cork Inlay.

Just found these ornaments made from Recycled Soda Cans. I may have to pick up some of these for our tree next year. Just not in Diet... :)

Set of three snowman Christmas ornaments made from recycled Diet Dr Pepper cans with foam backing so there are no sharp edges. The hooks are included.
