🕊️ FUNERAL PLANNED FOR WESTCHESTER MOTHER 🕊️ News 12 has learned a funeral service for Elizabeth Weinstein will be held Tuesday in Whitinsville, Massachusetts.

The 53-year-old Briarcliff Manor mother made headlines in 2022 after she was jailed during a custody battle and later became a vocal critic of the family court system.

Her friends say she was found dead earlier this month at a hotel in Danbury, Connecticut, under suspicious circumstances. Police are calling it an “untimely death.”

The Westchester DA’s Office says the case against her was dismissed.
Her death remains under investigation.
