Today I’m working on chapstick holders for a Japanese Friendship Garden restock. They will get topstitched and a keyring for final touches. I might have to snag one for myself. As of lately I can never find my chapstick. Especially the one with SPF 🫣.

All have SOLD-Alright, overstock pouches from a craft fair. Need to create space so they are discounted to $20 plus shipping. They are made with quilters cotton and measure 8” long x 2” high, and 3” wide. Pouches are perfect for pens, pencils, purses, makeup and small treasures. I feel like I can finally take a breath and catch you all up. It’s officially summer break!!! Yay!! In the past month we got to celebrate our youngest taking another step in his faith. Enjoyed the BEST visit with family to include mahjong games, wonderful morning coffee chats, sewing with mom, and even made memories fishing together. Big boys made it home safely and have started summer work. Summer rugby is in full swing for Oli which means long Saturdays. Now it’s time to get back to work! Can’t wait to share what’s on the cutting table!

Squeezing in a little sewing here and there. I made a prototype of a new tote bag. Thinking boat flags and pieces blue and whites would be amazing!! Who doesn’t love a good tote? Also playing with fun cottons for some more zippered pouches. I am in the works of another Japanese Friendship Garden restock and then Etsy. As soon as I get Etsy stocked I’ll post an announcement.
