Ethical business and social enterprise is about labour. The artisans who have unique skills and deep culture. You honor their work with fair pay, good and improving working conditions, income with dignity, supporting their personal and professional development, and doing what you can to help them in time of crisis.

15/18 of the shoemakers Hola Lili works with had water in their homes with 4-8 homes flooded to the ceiling. (photo below from shoemaker and his family waiting for rescue). The list will grow as we assess the needs.
