PRE-MADE ITEMS
Paypal Policy

You have 7 business days after claiming an item to send payment via paypal. Check/Money Order Policy:
Item will not be mailed until check has been received and cleared through the bank. On the 11th day the item will be relisted for sale. Holding items:
Non-refundable deposit of 10% to hold an item for up to 10 days. During this time the item will NOT be listed for sale to the public. If payment is not received by the specified day, the item will be relisted for sale. CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS
No work will begin until a deposit of 50% has been received. Upon completion of the project, photos will be submitted for your approval. Item will not be shipped until the remaining balance has been received. RETURN POLICY
Returns accepted for the lifetime of the item, as long as it still has a “DoMeAFavorCustomCreations.com” label. You are welcome to turn in old items to receive discounts on new items. Donations of fabric and sewing supplies are also considered for credit to be used on DMAF items. For Manufacturing errors, we always appreciate the opportunity to repair or replace the item to your satisfaction but are happy to refund money when we are unable to do so. For simply wishing to return an item, the refund amount will be prorated based upon wear and tear on the item.
