Does anyone know how to get in touch with LensCrafters in the Santa Fe Place Mall? The mall and store are closed, of course BUT I can't get my glasses (that I paid for on March 17). I only have vision in one eye and THAT eye needs glasses for close and far distances. I have called the LensCrafters number at the mall but the message only says "We're closed" and doesn't allow me to leave a message! I have spoken with the national 800 line but they claim they can't help and suggested I contact them through email. I have left 2 email messages on the 800 email Customer Service site but no one has answered! Please, if you know how I can get in touch with either the manager of the store "John" or Dr. O'Neal, I would really appreciate your help. Thank you in advance. Stay well.
