OKAYYYY… this weekend’s sale is SO GOOD. 🔥

Three of my absolute staples are BUY 2, GET 1 FREE 🙌 and these are definitely not your basic “grab something similar off a store shelf” products.

✨ GLOW — Do your knees, hips, back or joints feel stiff or achy?
Maybe your body just doesn’t move or recover quite like it used to?

GLOW is our liquid Type I bovine collagen, and it’s SO much more than hair, skin + nails. It supports joints, bones, connective tissue, hydration + lean muscle mass.

What makes it so different is how it’s made — the collagen is enzymatically hydrolyzed into tiny peptides for better absorption, then combined with hyaluronic acid, biotin, L-citrulline + antioxidant superfoods.

This is truly whole-body collagen support. 👏

✨ GLOW M — Are you noticing changes in your hair, skin or nails as you get older?

This is my beauty girl. 💗 Our marine collagen supports skin hydration + radiance, stronger-looking hair and stronger nails — exactly the things so many of us start noticing in midlife.

✨ ENRICH — Do you feel bloated after eating, uncomfortable after meals, awful heartburn or like your digestion just isn’t what it used to be?

THIS one has my heart. 😂 I dealt with terrible heartburn for years and was constantly reaching for antacids, so digestion became a huge focus for me.

Enrich combines 11 digestive enzymes + prebiotic + stabilized probiotic support to help your body break down proteins, carbs, fats, fiber + dairy and better access the nutrients you’re giving it.

Because you can eat all the right foods and take great supplements… but if you’re not breaking them down properly, what are you actually absorbing? 👏

And right now each of these is BUY 2, GET 1 OF THE SAME PRODUCT FREE this weekend only. 🤯🔥

If you’re struggling with any of these things, why not give one a try? We spend so much money trying different things hoping this will finally be the thing that helps. This weekend is a pretty great time to try something new — especially when you’re getting the third one FREE. 🙌

Comment SAVINGS and I’ll send you the link. 🩷

Feels so good to be HOME today 🙌

Between my new job kicking my butt 😂 (in a good way!) and being gone last weekend for Tranont, I feel like I am sooo behind at home.

Today is cleaning, organizing, laundry and just getting my life back together. 😂

Does anyone else feel like when you’re gone for a weekend it takes you a whole week to catch back up?

And while we’re at it… what’s your favorite cleaning product? I’m always looking for a good one! 👇

Sitting here in Nashville feeling really grateful for the rooms I get to be in. ❤️

Last night we had an incredible VIP training with Rob Sperry, and one thing just keeps hitting me…

You never get to a place where you’re “done” growing.

There is ALWAYS something new to learn. A mindset to shift. A skill to sharpen. A better version of yourself waiting on the other side of being willing to keep learning.

I’ve been in business in one form or another most of my adult life, and I’m still taking notes. Still being challenged. Still learning how to do things better.

And I freaking LOVE that. 🔥

Never stop learning.
Never stop growing.
Never stop investing in YOU.

Because when you grow… everything you’re building has the opportunity to grow with you. ❤️

So grateful for Tranont, this weekend in Nashville, and the people who continue to pour into us.

Good morning sunshine! It’s been a while since I’ve gone live with you all. I’m excited to show you these new hair extensions that I got that you can do yourself. Come watch! The number to text for a color match and link will be in the comments along with my link and discount code. These are amazing and so many of the boutiques are doing this right now. Such a great option for DIY thicker hair or longer or both.♥️♥️

Last week I shared that my bloodwork came back and my doctor was concerned. 🩸

My triglycerides. My ApoB. My cholesterol. My metabolic markers were high enough that she wanted me looking into a GLPeeee

That was before I even knew Tranont was about to launch belleMD, our telehealth partner.

Today I got my follow-up numbers.

2.5 months later, those same markers? Almost cut in half. 😲

Not the scale. The stuff underneath it. The numbers your doctor actually watches. The ones that quietly tell the story of what's happening inside your body, whether you feel it yet or not.🩺

Here's what I want to say to the woman scrolling past this right now: 🫣

If you're in your 40s, 50s, or 60s and you're doing everything you used to do — eating the way you always ate, moving the way you always moved — and it's just not working the way it used to anymore... that's not you failing. That's your body changing.

And it's okay to get help.

I spent years thinking I just needed more discipline. More willpower. Turns out what I needed was a real look at what was actually happening metabolically, and a doctor-guided plan built for what my body needs now, not what worked for me at 30.

I'm not sharing this to impress you. I'm sharing it because six months ago I was you, reading someone else's post like this and scrolling right past it.

If any part of this sounds like you, comment INFO and I'll send you what's been working for me. Or just DM me. My inbox is always open. 🤍

🙋‍♀️ Raise your hand if you’ve got a giant tub of collagen, protein powder, or one of those “healthy” drinks sitting on your counter right now…

Don’t worry… I did too. 😅

The problem isn’t that you’re trying…

It’s that a lot of the stuff we’re buying isn’t actually giving our bodies what we think it is.

💪 Protein:
After 30, we naturally start losing muscle. If we’re not getting enough quality protein, it becomes harder to maintain our metabolism, strength, and healthy body composition.

💧 Hydration:
Think Sparkling Ice or plain water has you covered? Water is important, but electrolytes help your body actually absorb and use that hydration. That’s why you can drink all day and still feel tired or sluggish.

✨ Collagen:
That giant blue tub? Just because it says “collagen” on the label doesn’t mean your body can absorb and use it efficiently. Quality and bioavailability matter if you want to support healthy joints, skin, hair, and healthy aging.

🌿 Digestion:
If you still feel bloated after meals, that’s your body waving a little red flag. Good digestive enzymes can make a huge difference in how you break down and absorb your food.

☕ Coffee:
I finally traded my “jitters…crash…repeat” coffee routine for Mojo, and I honestly haven’t looked back. I get steady energy, better focus, and no afternoon slump.

The best part? I didn’t overhaul my life.

I just started swapping everyday products for better ones that actually support my health. ❤️

🎉 And here’s the fun part… every one of these products is 20% OFF through Friday!

If you’ve been thinking about upgrading what you’re already using, drop a ❤️ below and I’ll send you the link!

Most people think this is just "the weight loss shot."

That's actually the smallest part of the story.

About a month before Tranont launched into this space, I got bloodwork back that scared me. Severe sleep apnea. Cholesterol, triglycerides, inflammation markers, A1C — all off the charts.

My doctor told me I needed to get on one. Insurance doesn't cover it, so I started looking into my options on my own.

Then, almost exactly a month later, we found out Tranont was launching our own — through a doctor-led telehealth partnership called belleMD. Safe, legit, actually overseen by a physician. I could not have been more relieved.

This isn't just a weight loss story, either. Doctors are also looking at these for:

→ Heart health — supporting cardiovascular markers, not just the number on the scale
→ Blood sugar — helping regulate levels even for people who aren't diabetic
→ Sleep apnea — actually addressing the condition, which is part of why my numbers surprised me
→ Whole-body inflammation — one of the quiet drivers of how we feel day to day

There's newer research looking into cravings and reward pathways too. Early days there, but worth keeping an eye on.

There's also newer research — a study of over 200,000 people — linking these to a meaningfully lower risk of certain obesity-related cancers. It's early and observational, so nobody's calling it a cancer treatment, but it's a big part of why researchers are looking so much closer at what these actually do in the body beyond weight.

Before you go looking for a quick fix, ask yourself: do you actually know why your numbers are high, or are you just hoping they'll look better on paper?

I sent my new bloodwork in this morning — two months in — nervous and excited to see the difference.

So grateful for the peppies. (My phone autocorrected that word to "puppies" every single time while I was typing this, so... that's the nickname now, apparently.)

If you're curious what this actually looks like, drop a 🙋 below or send me a message.

IF YOU’RE DEALING WITH BLOATING, HEARTBURN 🔥CONSTIPATIoN 💩 OR SLOW DIGESTION 🌶️THIS IS GOING TO HIT HOME.

☀️20% off through midnight, Sunday ☀️

For 12 years, I dealt with heartburn 24/7. I took Prilosec and honestly thought that discomfort was just my normal.

I also struggled with diverticulitis, and almost every time I ate, I felt like a busted can of biscuits—bloated, heavy and miserable. 😩

Within my first week of taking Enrich, my heartburn was gone. That was my personal experience, and it’s why I will never stop talking about this product.

Enrich supports your body in breaking down the carbs, fats and proteins in your food so it isn’t just sitting heavily in your gut. It can help with:

✨ Bloating after meals
✨ Feeling overly full or uncomfortable
✨ Occasional heartburn and digestive discomfort
✨ Regularity and constipation
✨ Nutrient absorption and overall gut support

And this is a huge one for anyone using a GLPees. GLPees can slow digestion, which may lead to constipation, bloating and food sitting in the stomach longer. Enrich helps support the digestive process and keeps things moving the way they should.

Boost supports a completely different area—healthy blood flow and circulation. ❤️ It helps support oxygen and nutrient delivery, cardiovascular health, everyday energy, endurance and recovery.

And yes, you can absolutely use both because they support your body in completely different ways.

Enrich and Boost are both 20% off through midnight tonight!

Okay, so, bloodwork done, sleep apnea diagnosed, CPAP going for two months. Here's what came next.

My doctor looked at everything: the numbers, the sleep apnea, the years of stuck weight, and she recommended I get on a "pep." That's what I'm calling it here since we can't really say the word. You probably know exactly which one I mean.

Here's the part that honestly still gives me chills: about a month after I started, I found out the company I work with was launching our own doctor-guided telehealth program for exactly this. It's called belleMD, and it's not some sketchy online order. You actually talk to a real doctor. It's personalized to you, it's safe, and there's no weird subscription trap. I didn't even go looking for this, it just showed up right when I needed it, and now it's something I get to hand to you too.

Two months into my pep, I'm down about 15 pounds and genuinely starting to feel like myself again. My CPAP is helping. I just ordered another round of blood work because I want to see the actual numbers, not just how I feel.

I want to be really honest with you: this isn't a replacement for a doctor, for the sleep apnea work, for any of it. It's a bridge. And now, with belleMD, you don't have to figure any of this out on your own or wonder if it's safe. There's an actual doctor walking you through it, same as mine did for me.

If you want to actually see how this works, I've got a group with quick 5-minute videos breaking down each one we launched with, no pressure, just information. Or if you already know which one you're curious about, just message me and I'll send you that specific video.

If any of this sounds like you, stuck, exhausted, tired of feeling like your body just stopped listening, tomorrow I'll tell you why none of this is as new or as scary as it feels. 💛

Yesterday I showed you those two photos …..four years, a hip replacement, and a lot of me not feeling like myself. Here's where things started making more sense.

Even with my supplements genuinely helping and the changes I'd made, something still felt off. I could feel that whatever was going on for me went deeper than what any supplement alone was going to fully resolve……I needed to actually understand what was happening inside my body, not just guess. So I paid for extra blood work myself.

And what I found floored me — my triglycerides, my cholesterol, basically every metabolic marker I had... sky high.
Ferritin of 17 🫪

I didn't want to just take medicine to cover it up without understanding why. I wanted to fix the actual problem.

That's when I found a doctor who asked me one question nobody had ever asked me before: "Do you snore?"

Twenty years. The answer was 20 years.

An at-home sleep study later, I found out I have severe sleep apnea. Turns out sleep apnea quietly wrecks your metabolic health — your triglycerides, your cholesterol, all of it. It had been working against me for two decades and I had no idea.

I've been on a CPAP for two months now. Tomorrow, I'll tell you what my doctor recommended next.

Snorers, raise your hand 🙋‍♀️ 💛
