It’s been really hard, but I am so thankful. My God is so so big, and I’m learning more about how much He loves us. Perfect loves casts out all fear, and He loves us perfectly. Some moments it’s hard to breathe and other I’m covered in Gods peace. So many people have been the example of Jesus to us over this past month, and from the bottom of my heart thank you. To everyone who has provided us with meals, given us an encouraging card, embraced us, checked in on us, and left us beautiful comments and messages, thank you. You are what has made each day just a little bit more comforting. Grief is not linear, and I’m thankful the Lord meets me where I’m at. My heart still aches to hold my sweet Myles and it always will. What a treasure it was to carry you Myles for over 4 months and I know my God is holding you still sweet boy. You were always the Lords and I bow down to everyday I had you.

I don’t even really know what to say, but Kyle and I wanted to share the life of our second son Myles. At 17 weeks I received the devastating news that Myles’ heartbeat was gone. I realized I hadn’t taken any pictures yet of being pregnant with him so right before we had to go to the hospital Kyle took some. Wednesday we went to labor and delivery at 3pm and I delivered Myles at 17 weeks the following morning at 7:34am. We spent the morning with him, touched his fingers and toes, and prayed over him. I’ve never felt this kind of heartache and I pray no one ever would experience this. My heart physically hurts aching to hold my son full term. I know I’ll meet him and cradle him one day, but he is with his Creator now. I’m so honored I was able to carry him for 17 weeks and feel his fluttery movements. I’m thankful Myles will know nothing of this world, but only pure joy and peace being with Jesus. I love you my dear, sweet son and I will hold you one day.
