The day before we flew out I tossed this cutie together. I wish I made the colors more mixed at the beginning but I love how the front looks after mixing and matching from my scrap bin.
This is a Granny Square sewn together to make an envelope style book cover with a cord and tassel.

ā€¢ Basic Granny Square pattern with 16 rounds
ā€¢ 8in x 9in with a 24in cord (measurements taken with the cover laying flat but does stretch to accommodate book)

Today we celebrate my nieceā€™s birthday on top of mine. This is her new baby that I get to hand deliver to her since weā€™re in her home town for holiday for her first birthday.

The bunny was a mix of what I want to do with the body pattern from another fiber arts.

We have the border around the top and straps for a fit check. It looks so stinking cute on my little model but everything looks cute in them. How will it look on me is the BIG question because itā€™s not too late to make adjustments.

The granny square tank top. I donā€™t make many wearable but this turned out super cute and can fit a range of sizes. Yes the tails are long but double wrapping gives it more of a styled feel plus this will fit up to a medium. My model is an extra small giving a more full coverage look.
