Tie dye wash out

Leave your tie dye in the bag overnight. It can be washed out tomorrow, but it’s perfectly fine if you don’t get a chance to wash it out for a few days it will be fine to wait.

Tie dye needs to be rinsed out before it’s ready to wear. You can either run it through a cold wash cycle with no soap (up to 5 shirts at a time) or rinse it in the sink with cold water until the water runs clears. After that it needs to be run through the wash on hot cycle with a small amount of detergent. After that it can be dried and worn as usual. For best results any future washings should be done on cold with dark colors.

I kept out my Fourth of July when packing up. Everything is $10. Various different red white and blues. The sizes I have are 0-3m, 0-3m, 6m, 6m, 6m, 6m, 6-9m, 4t, 5t, ym, s, s, m, m, m, xl. I won’t be sharing individual pictures. I will delete available sizes as they’re paid for.

Tie dye sale right now in my driveway until 4:00. All shirts $10, plus a $2 table. Some yard sale items as well all $1 or free. And tie dye make and take set up for $5. Not too late to make your red white and blue tie dyes for the fourth.

BIG UPDATE from Holidye 🌈

I’ve decided to step away from vendor shows this season. They take too much time, too much travel, and too much inventory pressure for where I’m at right now.

I’m shifting into something simpler and more fun:

I’ll be clearing out my current inventory this summer through local pop-ups right here at home.

This class is open to anyone willing to come to silver creek schools

Unleash your creativity in this 6-session tie-dye course perfect for beginners and returning students alike! We will cover classics such as spirals, stripes, geodes, and mandalas, along with dyeing methods including liquid dyeing, ice dyeing, snow dyeing, and reverse dyeing. Each session includes hands-on time to try a new method or theme. Students should bring 2 – 4 dyeable items to each class; all other materials are provided. Think beyond basic tees-cotton or other natural-fiber items like skirts, dresses, tablecloths, pillowcases, tote bags, or even cloth napkins are all great canvases. Items do not have to be new or white; tie-dye is a beautiful way to revive stained or faded favorites. You will also learn how to choose items for the best long-lasting, vibrant results. Bring your items and excitement to make colorful, seasonal creations!
Participants will meet Thursdays from Feb. 26 – Apr. 2, 2026 at 6:00 – 7:30 pm in Room. 149. Registration fee: $55 for6 classes or $10/class.
