Artsy Flea was created to inspire and support young artists – providing events and workshops to encourage the creative process, as well as outlets for them to showcase and sell their art and crafts and vintage/recycled clothing and wares. Artsy Flea believes that an artist should be free to be able to p
ursue their passion and their inner creativity in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. In the spirit of that belief, Artsy Flea created its series of Artsy Flea Sales – backyard events set up in the style of an arts and crafts flea market. In addition to the sale events held in the Autumn and Spring, Artsy Flea also hosts private workshops and one-on-one sessions on learning how to do various projects such as textile peace flags and mosaics, in an environment for young artists to create with an open mind - a place to continue their path towards expressing themselves through whatever their art is.
