Eating disorders don’t stop on Tisha B’Av, and you deserve to be safe, healthy, and to prioritize recovery every single day. Taking care of yourself doesn’t mean you’re going against Judaism. In fact, that’s EXACTLY what Jewish law requires. Take care of yourself. You deserve it.

Wishing a meaningful Tisha B’Av to all. May this day turn from a day of intense mourning to the celebration of all celebrations with the coming of Moshiach and the rebuilding of the Beis HaMikdash! Amen, selah! 🙏🏻
