5 months ago, I decided to dive into my wellness journey and learn how to actually take care of my health. I discovered how to track my meals, what workouts work for me, and nutrition tips that I can take with me anywhere. While our time together has been much crazier than expected, I have learned so much about my health, my diet and fitness! I know once I move and settle in it’s over for yall 😂

Comment WEEK to shop the looks!

What I wore this week and where I wore each outfit! I have a very busy and random life so my outfits vary quite a lot between morning and night 🤣

As a self employed girly who is also on a wellness journey, I like to bounce between casual workwear and gym attire. Lately I’ve been averaging 4-5 workouts a week so exercise clothes it is! I try to mix them into my morning routine as a part of my work day so I am still taking care of myself.

As for workwear, I’m finding myself getting more creative each day. I love experimenting with textures, trends and pushing what it means to be a professional. I still try to look polished but with a creative edge to match my creative company 🥲

Finally this weekend I got to have some fun so my party outfits made an appearance! With summer basically here it’s time to have fun with what I’m wearing ☀️

Save for your next Spokane adventure!

This was one of those weeks that just filled my cup! Some notable adventures were…

- Popping by for my weekly exomind session! I just love Syrah and taking care of my mental health each day.
- Heading back to for some red light therapy and sauna! I love recovery activities they have helped my anxiety a lot.
- Spending time with the team! I absolutely love their small plate events and supporting them however I can 🍾
- Watching the in theaters! Such a cool show I hope it gets to genuinely pop off!!
- Girls night at filled with dancing, yapping and ending with cake 🤣
- Attending the latest and supporting the girlies! Also love an excuse to dress up.

This weekend we celebrated my companies rebrand and my friends surprised me with a cake 😭

Honestly bring any chocolate dessert to a function I’m a happy camper! Feeling so blessed to have a community that makes the wins a big deal, especially during this single season!!
