6 months ago I went through the immense grief of heartbreak and for a minute there I wasn’t sure if I would make it through. Slowly yet surely though I found my groove, let myself heal and now I am happier than I’ve been in a long time. Oh, and new hair didn’t hurt 😆

Comment which piece spoke to you the most!

About a month ago I went on my first solo trip and while I was there I took advantage of the free Victoria and Albert Museum in London. I genuinely got lost in the 4 levels looking at everything from 18th century paintings to religious statues that made me even more grateful to be Catholic.

Any time I travel I try to experience the art in that location and get out of my current creative rut. As a content creator and social media manager, it’s critical for me to understand the past as it shapes our culture today. The more well rounded I can be the better leader and creative I am for my team. Plus there is nothing better than wandering a museum alone, soaking in all of the pieces and information.

This is a famous painting and was so cool to see in person! Leave it to men to be creepy 🫠

This was absolutely stunning and took me right back to my childhood of playing with tea sets with my grandma and aunt.

It’s giving Alice in Wonderland which was my favorite movie as a child. I do directly correlate this to my mental unwellness but who’s counting 🤪

I found this to be incredible as they painted the decay and change of the vegetables. I also love a bell pepper so this really resonated.

As a girl who loves whimsy, this was a must capture. It’s so odd and I just loved the vibe. Made me miss my friends honestly.

I found a lot of gorgeous Catholic art throughout and as a somewhat recent revert, this was incredibly healing 🖤

I had early access to the new Nordstrom Rack Northpointe in North Spokane which opens Thursday at 8 am and of course had to play buy or bye 🤪

They had so many adorable pieces from my fave brands Free People and Adidas while showing me some new obsessions like Allsaints! I love that I can buy my favorite designers for less and keep my closet unique.

Now I do want to note that Nordstrom Rack has different buyers from Nordstrom and the quality is different. It definitely takes a bit more of a look through to find the gems but man are they worth it. I got a ton of awesome pieces for way less that I will have for years to come.

Whether you need new workout clothes or something for the office, this new location has a bit of everything. I’ll be sharing more soon so be sure to follow along 🥰

I got both of these!! These suede barrel pants are too good 😌

I wanted to love these but the skirt was too wide at the hips for my taste and the blazer was a bit too tight. Plus it was still expensive and I can’t be going that crazy 🫡

Save for a bit of Spokane inspo!

Since coming back from London I have been running around like a chicken with its head cut off but I’m BACK in town for awhile and enjoying life in my favorite small city.

Recently you can find me at breweries forcing myself out of my comfort zone, shopping a bit and working on the hot part of my rich and hot before 30 Glowup. Some major helpers in this project have been Brittney Davis and Kaylynne Wilbur for my extensions and lymphatic drainage.

When I’m not in treatments I’m usually working on a million projects as I continue to grow my business! Sometimes that has included going out to eat but who’s counting 😏



Me and Perry Street Brewing | Spokane, WA are becoming fast friends. Went on a date here recently and it was PERFECT! I also love the staff and happen to be besties with one of them 🤭

Market In The Mountains was life changing and truly the moment I realized I’m just an American girl trapped in a 60s British rocker heart. Expect a lot more eclectic outfits like this 😏😏

Back on my BS and learning to love life alone! I’m hitting a point of living in Spokane that I can pretty much go anywhere and run into someone. It’s kind of my dream.

Fresh extensions!! Oh my word I feel so beautiful with them toned and revitalized. That little bit of effort really goes such a long way.

Got my first lymphatic drainage massage and I am SNATCHED! If you are able to get it done I cannot recommend enough. I definitely need to go back Kaylynne Wilbur 👀

Hit up my favorite art show and was reminded why creativity and supporting the arts is really that important. There was something so gorgeous about being in community and stopping to think about life from a new perspective. Genuinely can’t replace it.

Wow! Lauren went to her favorite coffee shop! I’ve decided it’s British girl autumn which means I’m walking as much as possible and drinking so much tea. Next time try the black iced tea with raspberry. It’s insane.

“Lauren there is caviar at this event!” Oh I’m THERE! I got to tour the Patsy Clark Mansion and they had free caviar from House of Brunch and I thrived 🤤

Had my tape-in extensions refreshed last week and I’m absolutely adoring them 😍

Of course I saw Brittney Davis since she always does a great job. It’s always worth the drive to Haven, my favorite place in Spokane Valley. Originally when I got these extensions in, we went off a color that wasn’t exactly my own. This time around Brittney toned the extensions to match my natural color perfectly.

If you want color without the commitment, I can’t recommend extensions enough. They’ve been so fun to have and I feel so beautiful after every appointment ✨
