Invoicing will be done through Shopify which will process any major credit cards or PayPal. If you wish to pay using another service please contact me prior to ordering to confirm. Payment in full is necessary before in stock items are shipped or custom items are begun. Once a custom item is begun, cancellations on t
he order can not be made. Shipping
Production times vary based on the item(s) you ordered and the time of year. Please note the expected production times on each item. These times will give you a rough estimate of the time for your item to be completed and get it shipped. This time will NOT include that actual shipping time so please order in time to receive it by the date you need it. If it is the holiday season, please note that the time it takes for your item to be completed increases, as my production needs increase. Also shipping times are longer. I do offer priority production at an additional price of $5-$15 per item. However, please contact me ahead as there will only be a certain number of items able to be placed on the priority list at any one time. All items will be shipped items will be shipped through the USPS via First Class or Priority mail which ever is more cost effective. If you need to Express or Overnight shipping please contact me ahead of time to arrange this. Once I have shipped the package, I am no longer liable for it. Please double check your shipping information to ensure the proper delivery. PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for any items damaged during the shipping process. All priority packages will include shipping insurance to cover the package. If you wish to add insurance to a package shipped first class, please let me know and I will adjust the shipping cost. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Many of the items I sell are custom, or one of a kind items. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances for customized items. If a refund is given, the item must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent. The item must be received by me within a 7 business day time period, from when the item is delivered to you and I must be notified of the issue and return before it is sent back. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. If the item was an "In Stock" or "Ready To Ship/RTS" item that was not personalized or customized, I will replace it with an another in stock item of the same value/type. If the value of the item you choose exceeds what you returned, you will be responsible for the difference. A 10% restocking fee will be placed on refunded items that were stock items. If your item was custom made for you and the circumstances dictate a return and refund, your refund will be less 15% for a restocking fee. If your item arrives and is not what you ordered, please contact me within 3 business days from the date of delivery, and I will make sure you get your correct item or that the mistake is fixed in some way. If you are looking for something in particular that you don’t see, convo/message me and let me know! We can figure something out to make sure you are happy with the item you want! All pictures of items are represented to the best of my ability. Each item is slightly different because of dye lots, fabric patterns, variations in manufacturing, and other reasons not completely in my control. It is these differences that make your item 100% original! I will be as forth coming as possible with my descriptions and pictures so you know what to expect from each creation. Your monitor may also have different settings which will cause colors to appear different. Customer satisfaction and quality products are our mission here at Haruko Designs.
