Hey friends, just in case you weren’t able to make it to our shop day, or didn’t find all that you need, I wanted to let you know just a short drive away right off Hwy 59 in Gentry, there is a great thrift store that has clothes and so much more!! And they are super sweet too!!! Check it out👍🏼 you can click on their page for directions or for more information☺️

This isn’t everyone but it is a snapshot of quite a few of our leaders and volunteers! It was so good to meet you all yesterday and we are already planning our next event☺️ We hope that we were able to lighten your load a little bit as you prepare for back to school!
Remember there is a food pantry every Thursday at this location from
9-1 and this Saturday @1230 is a community meal and the food pantry will be open after🎉🎉

This is a moment when we want to just THANK everyone for their participation at God's Closet. It is because of your involvement that we were allowed to have this event and for it to take place.

TO THE PLANNERS AND ORGANIZERS:
Thank you for the time, effort, and the work that each of you put in to devising and outlining this event. We are grateful.

TO THE VOLUNTEERS:
We could not have done it without you! Each time you come through...to you the community volunteers, our church family and friends...our hearts are thankful for your willingness to put the work into sorting and organizing all the donations. It's a tough job, but you ALWAYS accomplished it and not only that, but you get it done RIGHT! How easy it makes it to shop when the clothes are organized by size and by gender. You have our sincere thanks and gratitude! You are a blessing.

⭐️Nope! Children do not have to be present for you to shop😄

💙”Do I have to provide any documentation?”
⭐️ Nope! But if you do you will get entered in to a raffle to win a really cool prize 😍

HOW DOES GOD'S CLOSET WORK???

⭐️Here is a list of our policy to help you know what is needed, expected and how God's Closet works.

1.-It is very simple and easy to shop at God's Closet
2.- Our event is Sunday August 7 from 1-4 pm (those are the only hours you can shop and receive clothes)
3.- You just need to show up!
4.- We ask each FAMILY to pay $1 as an entrance fee
5.- We do not ask for any type of documentation. Everyone is welcome to shop.
6.- We provide you with the bags (please do not bring your own bags, you will not be able to use them. The number of bags we provide each family depends on how many donations we receive usually 2+ bags per family)
7.- Once you pay the fee, get your bags, then you fill the bags with whatever you need! It's your choice what you put in the bags!
8.- It is also your choice if you bring your children or not! 😀. It is not required.

We are so grateful to have a Heavenly Father, a dad that watches over us and cares for all our needs. The Bible says that He loves us. God's love is the only love that never falters and never fails.
