✨ MEET TORI | CREATIVE BRAND DIRECTOR ✨
Every organization has a story—but someone has to give that story a visual identity. For Pose Society, that person is Tori Liford. 🩶
As a Co-Founder of Pose Society and our Creative Brand Director, Tori is the creative force behind the identity of our organization. From our logos and branding to the visual details that make Pose Society feel like Pose Society, Tori is responsible for making sure our vision is represented with intention, creativity, and purpose.
But her creativity is only one part of what makes Tori who she is.
Tori is a U.S. Navy veteran, having served our country before bringing that same dedication, discipline, and commitment into the community she now calls home.
She is also the co-founder of Casita de Miau, and the creative mind behind VIO LAPIS, a professional graphic design and branding business where she helps businesses and organizations build strong, intentional visual identities.
Within the last year, Tori has also stepped into nonprofit work, dedicating her time to Southern Missouri Immigration Alliance (SMIA) and finding new ways to support and advocate for the community.
Tori is also an English teacher with the International Institute, holds certifications in teaching English as a foreign language, and earned an associate degree in Computer Information Science—a combination that perfectly reflects the many sides of her creativity and skillset.
At Pose Society, Tori takes all of those experiences and turns them into something you can see.
She helps define our aesthetic, strengthen our brand, build our visual language, and make sure every detail feels intentional. She reminds us that branding isn’t just about a logo—it’s about creating an identity that people can recognize, connect with, and remember.
We are incredibly proud to have Tori not only as a Co-Founder, but as the creative mind helping define how Pose Society shows up in the world.

✨ MEET CRYSTAL | DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY & PRODUCTION ✨
Behind every vision is someone helping turn ideas into connections, opportunities, and something people can actually experience. For Pose Society’s “For the Sake of Art” Fashion Show, that person is Crystal Rosales. 🤍
As a Co-Founder of Pose Society and the Director of Photography & Production for our fashion show, Crystal brings together her creativity, storytelling, production skills, and passion for building meaningful connections within the community.
As the owner of Época Photography, Crystal has built her career around storytelling through photography visual media.
She is also the owner of EspaNglish, combining her passion for communication, language, and connection.
A graduate of Missouri State University, Crystal holds multiple professional certificates and has spent the last four years involved in nonprofit work, including serving on the board of the Hispanic Networking Group of the Ozarks. Through that work, she has had the opportunity to meet and build relationships with incredible people throughout the community—and those relationships have continued to open doors for her.
Within Pose Society, Crystal is constantly working to connect people, bring ideas to the table, and turn possibilities into real opportunities.
But at the heart of it all, Crystal is a storyteller and a connector.
She believes art can bring people together, create opportunities, celebrate culture, and give creatives a space to be seen and heard. Her perspective, relationships, and dedication continue to help shape Pose Society into what it is today.
We are incredibly proud to have Crystal not only as a Co-Founder, but as the person helping bring the visual and production side of For the Sake of Art to life. ✨

✨ MEET DIANA | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ✨
Behind every vision is someone willing to help bring it to life—and for Pose Society, that person is Diana. ❤️
As Founder and Executive Director of Pose Society’s “For the Sake of Art” Fashion Show, Diana brings something incredibly special to the table: her own way of seeing the world.
She is creative in a way that is uniquely hers. Through her visions, ideas, perspectives, and the way she approaches a challenge, Diana has a natural ability to see possibilities where others might not—and that is exactly why we couldn’t be happier to have her leading our fashion show.
Beyond Pose Society, Diana is a licensed cosmetologist and the founder of Dyed With Pride, her own hair brand. She is also the co-owner of Springfield’s newest cat lounge, Casita de Miau 🐈‍⬛✨. Within the last year, she has also begun stepping into nonprofit work, finding new ways to give back and pour into her community.
And perhaps one of her most important roles of all: she is an incredible mother to her seven-year-old son. ❤️
Being a mother, entrepreneur and community-minded woman has shaped the way Diana leads—with heart, creativity, and purpose.
Now, she gets to bring all of those pieces together through Pose Society.
We are beyond grateful to have Diana not only as a Co-Founder, but as the Executive Director of For the Sake of Art. We can’t wait for you to see what she helps bring to life. ✨
