As a company, we are going to start doing something new and recognizing people around our local areas, that we ourselves have seen the SELF motivation in!
This one goes out to a dad named Rion LaChapelle over the years Ryan has not only been a friend but much more the that he has been a great father!
We have watched him not push but guide with a perfect example of SELF motivation.
What the normal world sees as a casual day he sees as a day to provide for the loved ones he has including the other siblings.
It was at the time of Knechts Auto Parts shutting down was the first time I really got to see this man in Dad mode.
Watching a little boy come through the door that can barely walk on the search for his dad!
This is a memory you cannot replace you cannot redo, and you cannot reclaim.
These are our best days!
One of our favorite things about this person in the spotlight this time…..is that he has never asked for the spotlight once.
What he has known, and others have viewed as a hard lifestyle or even some have just misjudged.
The eight letters we push represent the struggle, the endurance, and once again the SELF motivation that it takes to climb these hills. The story we have been told and heard numerous times that seems so fake “uphill both ways.”
Men and women like us do not see rock bottom,we see the bottom of the draw and know that the hilltop is possible.
Even though one of the biggest things that we push for here in Oregon is logging, It is the blue collar men like this that make the world go around and make the world a better place.
