🚢🌱 Come with me and explore Virgin Voyages !

I ordered room service because sometimes you just want to relax in your cabin and eat. 😋

🥦 Roasted Cauliflower Steak
Served with vadouvan tahini — 6/10
It was pretty spicy for my taste. I think it needed another element, like potatoes, to balance out the flavors and make the dish more complete.

🫐🍵 Blueberry–Green Tea Vegan Cheesecake
Pistachio crust + lemon elements — 4/10
This one just wasn’t for me. 😬 The texture was very mousse-like, and the overall flavor combination didn’t really do it for me.

One thing about me: I’m going to give you the honest vegan food review! 😂🌱

Would you try either one? 👀

Women Who Date Vegans Might Be on to Something 🌱😂

According to recent research, a well-planned vegan diet can offer real health benefits—including lower BMI and improvements in some cardiometabolic risk factors. (PubMed)

It makes sense. 🌱

Vegans are out here:
🥦 Eating more fruits & vegetables
💚 Getting more fiber
🫘 Loading up on beans, lentils & plant protein
❤️ Choosing foods associated with better heart-health markers
🌎 And trying to make choices that are better for the planet.

Maybe it’s dating somebody who says, “Where’s the vegan spot?” 😂🌱

Because imagine having a partner who:
✨ Wants to try new vegan restaurants
✨ Doesn’t complain when you order tofu
✨ Understands that “No, I’m not eating that” really means NO 😂
✨ And will split the vegan dessert with you!

Ladies… would you date a vegan? 👀🌱

Tag a vegan man or woman who needs to see this! 😂👇🏾

While in Houston, this wasn’t the spot I originally planned to try, but I was hungry and didn’t have many other options, so I stopped by Reggae Hut. 🇯🇲

The restaurant was clean, and the customer service was great! The employee even gave me a veggie patty to try. Unfortunately, it was really dry and didn’t have enough filling.

I ordered the veggie plate, and the rice and peas were dry. The cabbage was okay, but I didn’t care for the big pieces of squash, carrots, and corn, and overall, it lacked flavor.

Now the rum punch? DELICIOUS! 🍹🙌🏾

Overall, I probably wouldn’t go back. 😬

Have you tried Reggae Hut before? What did you think? 👀

🌱🍔 Houston Atlanta Vegan Food Truck

I tried the Phatty Melt — NO ONIONS and added the Bakun, with a side of waffle fries. Everything was good! 😋🔥

I’d definitely come back for some late-night vegan food! 9/10 ⭐️

I was told I should’ve tried the macaroni too… SMH 😩😂 Guess I’ll have to go back! Houstatlantavegan | HAV 🅥

Come with me as I review a few vegan spots in Houston! 🌱🤠

1st up: Houston’s Vegan Brunch & Vinyl Joint

I ordered the vegan eggs, the shrooms, and the peach cobbler pancake.

🍄 Shrooms — 9/10: Well-seasoned, and that sauce was GOOD! 🔥

🥞 Peach Cobbler Pancake — 7/10: Definitely had potential, but I think I’d try something else next time.

🍳 Vegan Eggs — 8/10: Light, fluffy, and really good!

Honestly, I probably should’ve gotten the breakfast sandwich 😂. But I wanted to try something that I normally wouldn’t order. But that just gives me another reason to come back and try more!

Big thanks to The Real MVP 😉 for the recommendation! 🙌🏾🌱
