If you have repeated problems with the rubber elastic popping or coming untied and would like to revert to the classic elastic, this listing is for you. I use the same high quality velvet for these as the others. The sizing is the same - the only difference is the elastic. Currently these are only available in the Regular and Large sizes. If you'd like one of the other sizes with the classic elastic call, text or email Penny.
