These are some important rules that I have decided to put in action as of now regarding any and all orders placed with my small biz. 👍

1) Your email will be requested for every order (unless I already have it) in order to invoice you, which will be via PayPal, but you don't need a pp account to pay, all you have to do is click the (Pay Now) Link that you'll receive on the invoice, unless other payments arrangements have been made prior.

2) 50% payment will be due up front. That means your order won't start until that (50%) payment is made.

3) Please double check the design and the spelling (if any) sometimes my eyesight is not the best so I also rely on you to approve the product before completion. Once it's approved (by you) and completed, it's considered done and will be shipped as.

4) I do not control USPS or UPS so once I do the shipping label and it leaves my hands, it's out of my control.

5) I will be implementing a rush order fee, my current turn around time is 5-7 days on all customs and 2-4 all others, so if you need it quicker than that, a $10 R.O.Fee will be applied. Please let me know ahead of time.

6)Product Issue?? If it's something that can not be fixed or replaced, I will offer store credit instead of a refund. Photos of your item issue, will be required beforehand.
