Excited to announce that BunnyLand Creations is now working with the immensely talented and passionate designer Stephanie Brown with House of Maganda right here in Charleston. Stephanie reached out to me a couple of months ago asking if I’d be interested in sewing and working with her. There are so many reasons why someone would say “yes” to this opportunity but in the end it had to be right. Was this right for BLC and was it right for House of Maganda. After deep discussions and prayer we both knew the answer to this. Stephanie is truly a beautiful person with such a joyful soul and the artistry in what she creates reflects this. This doesn’t change the alternations side of BLC and I will still be doing bridal alterations through BLC. This week has been slow for me to get back on the usual schedule of things. But with the help of a good homemade iced macchiato I’m back at it. August will be a little odd with availability for fittings because of a gap between summer camp and when school starts up again. I am looking forward to splash pads and crafts with my daughter in that gap time. In between times are such a blessing. They give us a reset and reason to slow down. The small seasons in life are just as important as the big. Exciting things are in the works starting this fall. I’m excited to explore where BunnyLand evolves and grows and most importantly helping my community and meeting my neighbors. You are all truly beautiful people and I am honored to be able to help you with your needs.

Hello everyone, it’s been a while since I posted anything here. Business and family life have kept me busy! Which is a good thing and an exciting season of life to be in. As most of you know there is an automated response to any inquiries via messenger with the business number to please call or text. I have noticed my automatic response is seen but very few follow through. As a result I have decided to turn messenger off completely. It’s easier for me to only have the one line of communication to manage. I also ask that business hours be respected. I may not have a brick and mortar but I ask that calls and texts be made M-F 9-5. I will no longer respond to inquiries before or after these hours and will no longer respond to inquiries on weekends. I am doing this for better work/life balance so that I can be present for my family and my child’s needs. Picture taken at the Alaska Sea Life Center on Seward. Can you believe this charming prom dress was an $8 thrift store find! Hem shortened, back brought in, modesty panel added and a couple of tears in the tulle skirt fixed along with a good steam make this like new again.

No more hemming solo, with Starla, BLC has a buddy to help AT ALL TIMES. Also, Napoleon Dynamite is an absolute favorite of mine. When I bought this machine I went with it because after researching various brands i felt this was the best one for me. When it arrived and I saw the REX on there I knew I had to name her Starla 🤣

Still have the tiny rhinestones to randomly place on the ruffles then the top needs to be bedazzle
