Summer heat calls for herbs that help us feel refreshed, cool, and hydrated. 🧊🌿

When you’re spending more time outside and temperatures are climbing, staying hydrated is important. Herbal iced teas are a delicious way to add more fluids to your day, and some herbs are traditionally valued for their cooling, refreshing qualities.

🌺 Hibiscus
A naturally cooling and refreshing herb, hibiscus makes a delicious tart iced tea. It’s also rich in antioxidants and contains vitamin C, making it a beautiful addition to your summer wellness routine and your skin loving rituals.

🌹 Rose
Rose is traditionally considered a cooling herb and has long been used in herbal preparations meant to soothe and refresh. Its beautiful floral flavor makes a perfect addition to a chilled summer tea.
