Λquari Λthletics makes athletic novelty socks. We started this company because we love roller skating and we couldn’t find any athletic socks that were not only durable, but cute to roll in. We found resilient athletic socks that performed under pressure, but they had no style!
Why was the perfect sock so elusive? We figured enough was enough. So we set out to create our own socks - something cute yet strong - that would allow us to do all our passions and activities in style!
We named our line Λquari Λthletics. It's derived from the zodiac sign Aquarius, which is the sign of my late grandmother who passed away after a long battle with cancer. On her final night, I told my grandmother how much her strength, bravery, and beauty meant to me. She was strong for fighting the disease, brave for letting go, and beautiful despite the damage done. I meant these words to comfort her, but they brought me comfort as well.
Our hope is that when you wear our socks, you too will feel strong, brave, and beautiful as you face your own obstacles.
